Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system (see contact information below)
• You must provide your purchase order number or the email address used at checkout

Upsells and One-Time Offers (OTOs)

Our optional upgrade products (Done-For-You Setup, Diamond Upgrade, Personal Coaching) are also covered by a 30-day refund window unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page at the time of purchase. Please refer to the guarantee language presented at the time of your purchase for the specific terms applicable to each upgrade.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to materials, our refund eligibility is based on time (30 days from purchase), not on whether materials have been accessed or downloaded. We trust our customers to act in good faith.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
• Products where the refund window has been clearly waived in writing
• Coaching sessions or services that have already been delivered in full

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at the email below. Include your name, email address used at purchase, and your order number. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
